Let Go Of Your Past displays a vibrant portrait of a black woman on the foreground of either an emerald green or cobalt blue background. The female in the portrait is pictured wearing an array of beaded and bejewelled necklaces layered on top of each other as bees and butterflies dance around her. She has accessorised her outfit with a pair of large rectangular framed leopard print glasses and a vibrant yellow or orange open crown hat placed on her Ankara head wrap. The entire portrait is an ode to the vibrancy of black culture and her love for experimenting with fabrics, prints and colour.
